Founding Organizations

The first 10 organizations get hands-on onboarding with no implementation fee.

The Founding program does not create a new plan. You start with Essential at $79/month or Growth at $179/month and we add initial setup, guidance and support during onboarding.

Includes
  • Initial workspace setup
  • First project and Funding Readiness
  • Initial import and first funding pipeline
  • Direct support during onboarding

Does not include unlimited grant writing or a funding guarantee. Limits and capabilities remain those of the subscribed plan.

What each level includes

Plan boundaries are visible before you subscribe.

Secure subscription

Payment opens only after a verifiable local intent is created.

When you choose a plan, Growth OS first records the organization, plan, and billing cycle. It then opens Stripe. The signed webhook is the only component allowed to confirm payment and activate the subscription.

Growth OS does not store your complete card details. Products and Price IDs configured in Stripe remain the canonical billing catalog. Request assisted contracting.

Subscription

A clear process before and after payment.

You can review the product in a demo before subscribing. The subscription is confirmed in Stripe and onboarding begins with the email provided.

Can I request a demo before subscribing?

Yes. The demo requires no payment and adapts to the processes your organization manages.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Compatible upgrades are confirmed with Stripe; downgrades and billing-cycle changes are scheduled for the next period. Growth OS blocks incompatible changes before sending them to the payment provider.

What happens to my data after a downgrade?

They are not automatically deleted. Existing records from out-of-plan capabilities are preserved and, where applicable, remain readable; creating or editing requires returning to a compatible plan.

Does Growth OS process donations or philanthropic disbursements?

No. CRM and the philanthropic lifecycle record relationships, decisions, planning and follow-up. Donation payments and fund transfers are processed through external services where appropriate.

Is AI usage unlimited?

No. Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance visible inside the workspace.

What is Founding Organizations?

It is an onboarding program for the first 10 organizations. It does not change Essential or Growth pricing or capabilities: it adds initial setup, first project, Funding Readiness review, initial import, first pipeline and direct support with no implementation fee.

Does Founding include grant writing or guarantee funding?

No. Growth OS is software with assisted onboarding. The program does not include unlimited grant writing, unlimited consulting or guarantee funding outcomes.

Does Portfolio include multiple clients?

It includes up to five private workspaces. The console does not automatically grant access to organizations: membership, roles and permissions still apply.
